How does the Mini-Repair Program work?
When you have a small household repair issue, call or email John Balliett, our Mini-Repair Specialist. He will get some basic information from you about your repair needs. If John can’t answer your call, leave a voice message or send him an email and he’ll get back to you promptly.
John will make an appointment to come to your house. He will assess the repair issue and may also identify and point out other safety concerns that he observes. Then he will make the repair - sometimes that may require a second appointment.
