FAQS - Rent an Apartment

Yes. we work closely with other agencies such as Tompkins County Dept. of Social Services, Lakeview Mental Health Services, Community Support Services and other agencies to assist in your housing needs.

We allow a house cat with a signed pet agreement and a $50.00 deposit per cat. We have a strict “no dog” policy at our properties.

Some of our buildings are non-smoking. In many of our buildings smoking is allowed in your apartment but smoking is not permitted in any common hallway or stairwell.

At a minimum, we require a security deposit equal to one month’s rent at the signing of the lease. At move in, we require the first month's rent. We do not require last month’s rent.

When you fill out your rental application request a “Reasonable Accommodation” form from our office. We will review your special need request with you.
